Whole house: Doors/Jams/knobs, Switches, fixtures, Trim & Baseboard, Interior Windows, Vacuum, Mop
Kitchen: Counters, Backsplash, Stovetop, cabinets, microwave, Fridge, Oven, Microwave
(Premium prices change with size of and condition. $450 is the starting rate for ~1200 sq ft. home in reasonable condition. A typical quote for an 1800 sq. ft. house is ~$650)
